The first leaves of the vine grew around the 10th of April. Fortunatelly the spring frost didn't affect our plots.
Now the futur grapes are well seenable and are slowly growing... (picture 3)
In this moment our job is mainly watching on our vines and preventing diseases. Of course we are comitted in an eco friendly vine growing what means that all the chemicals are used in our vineyard only if necesary and remplaced by natural technics each times it's possible.
Currently many of our customers are coming to meet us in our cellar. That's a pleasure for us to explain you our history, values, way of making Champagne and answering all your questions !
