The quick vine growth during the spring and the summer 2020 made the vintage early. In our Estate the harvest extended between the 27th of August and the 4th of September. The grapes are full concentrated in sugar, aromas with a good level of acidity ensuring the freshness in the future wine…
Now it’s in the cellar where everything is going on. Our know how of winemaker is contributing to give birth to our champagnes. The aim is to create intense fruity aromatics champagnes with freshness and elegancy. In our cellar each group of plots is separated to highlight the typicity of our Terroir. The juice is slowly transforming into wine by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Both transform the grapes aromas into aromas you can taste in our Champagne.
This 2020 vintage is also the first one having our estate labelled has eco-friendly. Thanks to the French national label “HVE” reflecting our natural technics in terms of vine growing.
