In Champagne, the vine leaves have not resisted to the first freezes. We have started the pruning of the vine. This job is done in two steps. During the first one 80% of the canes are removed. The second one consists to cut the unwanted buds. All the pruning is done by hand.
In the cellar, the orders for Christmass and new year day are progressing...
A new product is now available : the Ratafia de Champagne. A delicate spirit you can drink at the aperitif or as a digestif.
We propose you two diferent Ratafia :
The 100% pinot Meunier made in a gready style with dried fruits and pune notes.
The 100% Chardonnay is more elegant with delicate and fine aromas such as passion fruits.
We'l be very happy to welcome youin our tasting room around a glass of Champagne !
