After a cool and wet time until the half of June the sun is currently shining on our vineyard !
The vine enjoyed all that sun allowing its leaves and grapes development. During that growing season we work very hard to manage all the canopy and separate the vine canes to aerate the grapes.
The ploughing of the soil and the organic practises have never been so used in our vineyard to fight against pest and diseases by not disturbing the ecosystem of our plots. The result is good : the grapes are healthy and the vintage is foreseen around the 15th of September.
