The 2021 growing season is arriving at the end after many climate issues. Frost, hail, then a lot of rain damaged our vines. In that moment we have to be reactive, organised and precise in our labour. Our job is protecting grapes again downy mildew, aerating and separating grapes to ensure the best exposure to sun.
