After a year of patient work, the vintage 21017 is now secured in the tanks and the mosts are fermenting.
The nature can always be amazing even in 2017 ! After a long and hot summer the rain starts last days of August. The time to us to call our grape pickers and start the picking the 2th September.
The vintage is always a rich moment allowing us to exchange with other growers and many pepole coming for this time.
Now, the biology is working for us. The alcoolic fermentation has started and soon the malo lactic fermentation will take place. The hand of Human remains so important during the wine making allowing the best expression of our Terroir in the futur Champagne.
