The spring is coming back in the Champagne region with many insects such as ladybugs, snails and birds !
The bud burst is now for soon..
With a nice sun it's time to plought the soil of our vineyard, mowing the grass...
In the cellar the bottles are disgorged, labelled and ready to be tasted !
