In the vineyard the leaves are slowly changing of colour turning in to gold reminding the Autumn season is here. The leaves are slowly falling down. The vine pruning can begin to extend all the winter.
2020 wines are finishing their malo-lactic fermentation. We already can taste the high level of ripeness and fines of the vintage. Because of our wine making process (plot batches fermenting, long ageing in bottles…) we create fine fresh style champagnes. Our aim is to highlight the Terroir extracting all the potential from the grapes creating authentic Champagnes !
The sales for end of the year are beginning. Our cellar is opened from Monday to Saturday and Sunday Morning. If you are in the region, come to visit us ! Please, book before coming.
