It is a pleasure to work in our vineyard with a nice sun ! The Champagne's hillsides are now full green. The vine is growing quickly...
Unfortunately, some ganes don't old any grape due to the spring frost wich happened in April.
The vine is flowering. First the Chardonnay grape followed by the Pinot Noir then the Pinot Meunier.
Our advice for the summer...
The hot summer is the oppotunity to taste our cuvée Reserve. The freshness of the Chardonnay and the fruityness of both pinots made a complex and delicate Champagne.
Ready to be discovered in bottle, half-bottle and et Magnum !
