We're now approching the end of Jully and the grapes are already very well developped.
The vintage is foreseen around the 5th September. August will tell us more about the exact date. The first berries will slowly become purple. This step is called the veraison.
We are happy to welcome our customers and visitors in our cool cellars where the temperature is never more than 17°C degrees during the summer !
