Since the late 19th century, our family of winegrowers has cultivated the land where the vines can express their full potential. Pruned, trained and harvested by hand, our vines flourish in the terroir of Passy-Grigny.
A Passion for our terroir since 1974
In 1974, Monique and Marc HOUELLE founded the Champagne house, marking the beginning of our journey in crafting Champagne. Today, Francine, Benoît and their team are dedicated to revealing the full potential of our Passy-Grigny terroir and its distinctive character. We are passionate about bringing out the very best that our vines have to offer.
The diversity and fragmentation of our vineyard plots provide us with wines offering a remarkably rich aromatic palette. We blend them harmoniously to create Champagnes that are generous, fruit-forward and full of character. At every stage, we strive for the perfect balance that defines the fruity style and finesse of our Champagnes.
Our commitment to quality
Our estate is HVE certified: High Environmental Value. This French certification recognises environmentally responsible practices based on several criteria, including water management, the preservation of biodiversity and respect for our terroir. Our vineyard fully meets these criteria through our commitment to the most environmentally respectful practices possible. We are committed to preserving the authenticity of our terroir by maintaining its unique characteristics. In the cellar, 100% of our by-products are recycled and recovered. We work closely with our local suppliers to ensure that every action is carefully considered and that nothing is left to chance.
